Why You Should Always Speak To Your Customers

I don't know about you, but nothing pisses me off more, is when you take the time to enter a business to possibly spend your hard earned money, and you don't even get the common courtesy of a "Hello" or "Welcome"

Attention business owners!!!  If you own a business, and want to stay in business, you better start freakin speaking to your customers when they walk in your business, and when they leave your business!!

This weekend, my wife had a doctors appointment in Jacksonville which was about an hour and half drive from the house.  She was going to be busy for a couple hours, so I decided to go hit a few thrift stores.

The first store I entered, there were two women behind the counter, doing who knows what, and neither one of them acknowledged I even came in the store, or even spoke to me!  I was there about 15-20 minutes, and still no acknowledgement I was even there, so I was like "screw this place, if they cant even speak, Im leaving"  as I was leaving, I purposely walked slowly in front of them  to see if they would speak, and they STILL didn't say a word!!

I went to 4 other thrift stores, and I couldn't believe it, the same thing happened, not once was I spoken to as I entered or exited the stores.... I promise you one thing, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

In this video, I will share with you, as an eBay seller, why you should never ignore buyers questions when they message you.

Did This Help You? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you commented below and shared on Facebook.
