How To Spot Fake eBay Emails

Today I received an email from eBay with a promotional offer to list 30,000 free items with zero final value fees until November 8th,
I was like cool! because I had already used up my free listings, and I had a ton of stuff to list!!

All I had to do was click on the "Activate offer" button, and I would be ready to get started!

When I clicked on the "Activate offer" button, it redirected me to a page that said, " Sorry, this offer is by invitation only" I figured there was a glitch in the system, so I called eBay to get it fixed.  Come to find out, it was a fake email, that was not sent by eBay!

I have been selling for a long time, and I can usually spot fake emails quick, but this one got me!

In this video, I will share with you the FASTEST way to spot a fake email from eBay,  and what you should do if you happen to click on one.

If you do receive a fake eBay email, always forward that email to: spoof@ebay.com.

Did This Help You? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you commented below and shared on Facebook.
